Return Policy

If you find your laserdisc to be defective within the first 90 days from date of purchase, we will exchange your laserdisc with the same title in the "Same Condition" or better if available in stock. If we do not have one in stock we will refund your original purchase price, less the original shipping costs, or offer you store credit for the full amount. Simply contact us at customerservice@laserdiscvault.com for a return authorization #, and your concern will be professionally handled in a timely fashion. No package will be accepted without a valid R.A # printed on the shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges & liability for loss and/or damage are the customer's responsibility, so insurance is highly recommended. Insurance claims are subject to any terms and conditions of that particular carrier. All returns must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Domestic and International) within 48 hours of receiving your R.A.#. Customer is responsible for any import/customs related charges or taxes, tariffs, fees, fines, VAT's, seizures and shipping delays.

  • Please note that we guarantee our laserdiscs for product defect only.  We will not accept returns for any other reason.

  • (Please note that any DiscoVision Titles are Sold "AS IS" and are non-returnable)
