If you find your laserdisc to be defective within the first 365 days from date of purchase, we will exchange your laserdisc with the same title in the "Same Condition" or better if available in stock. If we do not have one in stock we will refund your original purchase price, less the original shipping costs, or offer you store credit for the full amount, your choice.
Simply contact us at email@example.com with your concern, and your claim will be professionally handled in a timely fashion. Will will issue you a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) to include with your returned item. No package will be accepted without a valid R.A.N. printed on the shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges & liability for loss and/or damage are the customer's responsibility, so insurance is highly recommended. Insurance claims are subject to any terms and conditions of that particular carrier. All returns must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Domestic and International) within 48 hours of receiving your R.A.N. Customer is responsible for any import/customs related charges or taxes, tariffs, fees, fines, VAT's, seizures and shipping delays.
