Unfortunately,  eBay offers no way for us to syncronize our website sales with our eBay store. However, if you see a laserdisc on eBay that you want, chances are you can find it on our website as well. In case you can't find it on the website, don't hesitate to contact us at +1.757.538.2858 so we can apply your discount and take your order over the phone.

We do not actually grade the discs. The grade that you see is for the LD Cover...As for the LaserDiscs themselves...we guarantee that you will never receive a LaserDisc with laser rot, chips, cracks or deep scratches. Every LaserDisc that we offer must go through a very thorough Quality Control Inspection Process prior to being accepted into inventory, and then again prior to being shipped, thus insuring that you will receive the highest quality LaserDiscs in the industry. Although we do our best to inspect and clean all laserdiscs prior to shipment, some used laserdiscs may have minor surface swirls, fingerprints, dust, minor scratches or a combination of all of these. None of these will affect the performance of the laserdisc.

If you find your laserdisc to be defective within the first 90 days from date of purchase, we will exchange your laserdisc with the same title in the "Same Condition" or better if available in stock. If we do not have one in stock we will refund your original purchase price, less the original shipping costs, or offer you store credit for the full amount. Simply contact us at customerservice@laserdiscvault.com for a return authorization #, and your concern will be professionally handled in a timely fashion. No package will be accepted without a valid R.A # printed on the shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges & liability for loss and/or damage are the customer's responsibility, so insurance is highly recommended. Insurance claims are subject to any terms and conditions of that particular carrier. All returns must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Domestic and International) within 48 hours of receiving your R.A.#. Customer is responsible for any import/customs related charges or taxes, tariffs, fees, fines, VAT's, seizures and shipping delays.
